Venues pay a fixed subscription for Ember's loyalty programme and venue tools. Guests join rooms and match for free. Every venue plan includes the same tools, with a choice of monthly, quarterly or annual billing.
For guests
Joining and matching stay free.
Joining a room, seeing who's in, waving, matching and claiming an available match reward are free. Joining and matching will stay free. Optional premium extras are planned for later as the community grows. A future ticketed event would charge for admission, separately from using the app.

How the free trial works
Every plan starts with 14 days free. You add a card at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing at all.
Billing and cancelling
Billing is handled by Stripe and prices are in pounds sterling. Cancel anytime; your nights keep running to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then simply stop.
What the match reward costs you
You choose and fund the match reward separately from your fixed subscription fee. Ember caps redemption at one match reward per guest per night, so a busy room never turns into an open tab.
Switching plans
Start monthly and move to quarterly or annual whenever you are convinced. Get in touch and we will switch you over; you only ever pay for one plan at a time.
