Ember is paid for by the venue that hosts the night, never by the people in the room. There is one product and every plan includes all of it; the only choice is how often you are billed and how much you save.
For guests
Joining a room, seeing who's in, waving, matching, and the match drink itself are all free. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no paid boosts, no way to pay to be seen first. That is a promise, not a launch offer: the venue pays so the room stays full.

One subscription per venue, three ways to pay it. Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial, and you can cancel anytime.

- A fresh room every night you choose to open, on the hours you set. Quiet midweeks, weekends, themed singles nights: your call.
- Unlimited guests, waves and matches. There are no per-head fees and no cap on how busy a night can get.
- The Ember by PubCrush™ staff app for iOS and Android, where your team redeems matched pairs' drink codes with your venue PIN.
- Real photos and first names in the room, a report button on every profile, and moderation tools that keep the night civil.
The small print, in plain English
How the free trial works
Every plan starts with 14 days free. You add a card at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing at all.
Billing and cancelling
Billing is handled by Stripe and prices are in pounds sterling. Cancel anytime; your nights keep running to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then simply stop.
What the match drink costs you
The match drink deal is yours to define, so you decide what you are happy to stand. Ember caps redemption at one match drink per guest per night, so a busy room never turns into an open tab.
Switching plans
Start monthly and move to quarterly or annual whenever you are convinced. Get in touch and we will switch you over; you only ever pay for one plan at a time.
